Return, Online Purchase

You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All tack, custom items, and sale merchandise are final sale. Any return request received outside of our return policy will receive a Store Credit if an RMA is authorized.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returned items must be unwashed/unworn with original tags and packaging and free of any odors or pet hair (by unworn, we mean items may not be worn for an extensive “outing”).

Return, Events (Horse Shows, In-Store, Pop Up's)

Due to limited inventory and seasonality, guests may return items for a Store Credit (ONLY) or an Exchange within 21 days of purchase.

Store credit from Returns never expires or loses value.

Tack

All tack purchases are final sale.

Tack delivery can take up to 8 weeks depending on holidays and demand.

Tack is handmade to order by actual humans in Samur, France. Occasionally, there are factory closures for holidays, or there are delays due to high demand. If you're in immediate need of your tack order, please consult a Customer Support Specialist before placing your order to ensure it's timely delivery.

Custom/ Special Order Items

All custom, special order items, orders placed of out of stock purchases: are final sale. This is due to the fact that when an item is ordered for one specific customer the order is placed to the customers specifications or preferences; or it is a product that is no longer being carried by Saddle Shoppe.


Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, & Prizes

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are just like cash – they have no transaction fees and never expire. They can be redeemed at any retail location, pop-up, or online.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Gift Cards cannot be replaced or be redeemed for cash, except where the balance is less than $10 (or its equivalent in local currency) or as otherwise required by law.

Gift Cards can only be sold in any amount over $10.00 to a maximum of $1000. Gift Cards never expire or accrue fees.

Purchases Made with Gift Certificates & Prizes

Gift Certificates/ Prizes received through a special event or partner are subject to an expiration date. Gift Certificates cannot be combined.

Select promotions may prohibit the use of Gift Certificates.

Gift Certificate balances do not accrue or roll over after use. Once the Gift Certificate is used it is no longer a valid voucher.

Guests who would like to process a return where a Gift Certificate was used will be issued Store Credit less shipping.

You’ll be notified of your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders received by 2pm PT Monday-Friday ship out same day and arrive in 3-5 business days via FedEx Ground. Orders received after 2pm ship out the next day, or on Monday (if order is placed after 2pm on Friday). PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Preordered items ship on an extended timeline.

Free Ground Shipping ($200+ Orders)

Orders typically ship out of our warehouse within 2-3 business days and arrive within 4-10 business days post-shipment. PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Pre- Order, Custom, or Backordered items ship on an extended timeline.

FedEx 2 Day

Orders received by 2pm PT Monday-Friday ship out same day and arrive in 2 business days. Orders received after 2pm ship out the next day, or on Monday if after 2pm on Friday. PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Preordered items ship on an extended timeline.

FedEx Next Day

Orders received by 2pm PT Monday-Friday ship out same day and arrive in 2 business days. Orders received after 2pm ship out the next day, or on Monday if after 2pm on Friday. PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Preordered items ship on an extended timeline.

Exceptions: All pre-order, custom, backordered items ship on the extended timeline indicated on the product description, your receipt, or order status page. PO box, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and are not eligible for expedited shipping. Military and US territory addresses ship on an extended timeline and can take anywhere from two business days to several weeks to arrive.

*Please note: We close our offices for National Holidays so that our team can enjoy time with their loved ones. National holidays are not considered business days and add two extra days to shipping time. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping method.

Do You Ship Internationally?

For now, we only ship to the 50 United States, select US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the US Virgin Islands, and American Samoa), US Military addresses, and Canada.

We’ll be sure to announce when we expand to new regions!

Estimated Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page; however, we do not guarantee any shipping date or time frame at this time.

 

Free Shipping?

Except during select promotions, Free Shipping, is only applied to orders over $200.

"Priority" Orders

If you need your order “like tomorrow” select Rush Handling ($20) this will signal to our team that you need your item within 24 – 48hrs and push it to the front of the line. If you do not select Rush Shipping your order will be processed on our Standard Processing Schedule and shipped with the shipping method you selected.

Please note, preorder, custom order, and back ordered items cannot have expedited handling.
