What are my shipping options?

You’ll be notified of your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders received by 2pm PT Monday-Friday ship out same day and arrive in 3-5 business days via FedEx Ground. Orders received after 2pm ship out the next day, or on Monday (if order is placed after 2pm on Friday). PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Preordered items ship on an extended timeline.

Free Ground Shipping ($200+ Orders)

Orders typically ship out of our warehouse within 2-3 business days and arrive within 4-10 business days post-shipment. PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Pre- Order, Custom, or Backordered items ship on an extended timeline.

FedEx 2 Day

Orders received by 2pm PT Monday-Friday ship out same day and arrive in 2 business days. Orders received after 2pm ship out the next day, or on Monday if after 2pm on Friday. PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Preordered items ship on an extended timeline.

FedEx Next Day

Orders received by 2pm PT Monday-Friday ship out same day and arrive in 2 business days. Orders received after 2pm ship out the next day, or on Monday if after 2pm on Friday. PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Preordered items ship on an extended timeline.

Exceptions: All pre-order, custom, backordered items ship on the extended timeline indicated on the product description, your receipt, or order status page. PO box, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and are not eligible for expedited shipping. Military and US territory addresses ship on an extended timeline and can take anywhere from two business days to several weeks to arrive.

*Please note: We close our offices for National Holidays so that our team can enjoy time with their loved ones. National holidays are not considered business days and add two extra days to shipping time. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping method.

Do you offer Rush Services?

If you need your order “like tomorrow” select Rush Handling ($20) this will signal to our team that you need your item within 24 – 48hrs and push it to the front of the line. Please note, preorder, custom order, and back ordered items cannot have expedited handling.

Do you offer sales or discounts?

Due to pricing restrictions from brands: select merchandise may never or rarely go on sale or have a discount applicable. We typically only offer sales or discounts on items that are significantly low in stock or discontinued.

Do you offer price adjustments?

If you’ve already purchased a full-priced item that is now on sale, we will adjust the price and issue a store credit memo for the amount of the difference. We will only honor sale adjustments within 14 days of purchase and will only issue one sale adjustment per full-priced item. If you’ve purchased a sale item that is further reduced, we will not make additional price adjustments.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your card will be charged at the time of your order. If your order splits into multiple shipments, you will not be charged for multiple shipments.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please take photos to document the damaged product (and, if applicable, damaged packaging) and email them to us at hello@saddleshoppe.com along with your order number. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Should you contact our team outside of the designated method of contact we may miss your note! We do our best to check Social Media channels; however, please note, our Social Media team are not members of our Customer Service team – but they will do their very best to help connect you with the right person on our team.
